The Causeit, Inc. knowledgebase is a new feature on our site. In it, we're capturing the information we share with clients all the time and making it available for the world. Think of the knowledgebase as a cross between Wikipedia and a dictionary. Don't forget to check under entries for their references, which often are chock-full of useful links. Participatory Media

Rather than owned media, which typically encompasses channels which are mostly one-way, such as static pages, videos, and blogs, participatory media may be characterized by opportunities for rich interactivity with visitors.
